Le Cupcake Rocks My World
It’s 3 in the morning and I’m reading the blogs in bed on the MacBook and I found this site, Le Cupcake, that is the home of an extraordinarily talented baker from Australia. I’ve highlighted some of her work below and you seriously need to prepare yourself. It is unbelievable. This is art! If I were in the land down under, I would hire her for an event in a heartbeat. Stop what you are doing and go visit her blog. I added it to my favorites in the blogroll.
My goal is to someday be able to bake like this. I’m not even close right now (I’m still on the figuring-out-how-to-make-everything-taste-perfect stage). Someday, I’ll get there. It’s so inspiring to see that there are people in the world capable of creating this level of perfection. This is the sort of thing that makes me want to drop everything and run off to school to become a pastry chef.
